'Hey ya\'ll, In this video i included footage from my recovery week that i actually completed. There was alsonan extra day i completed but did not film. However, i did not actually complete the workouts for the entire week (only 3 out of 6). Following my weight and body results is the Fit test for the beginning of Insanity Month 2 (Day 36). I didnt include the Max interval workout since it was 59 minutes long. Instead i will make a video specifically for that workout. Hope you enjoy!
